PITTSBURGH — A woman is suing Medical Rescue Team South Authority, Kenneth Rothhaar, Lyndsay McKeown, Brian McKeown, Todd Pritchard and John Moses, alleging invasion of privacy.

Sarah Bout filed a complaint on Dec. 2 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they accessed her protected documentation without her consent.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from having her personal medical records disclosed to third parties, after she began working at Medical Rescue Team South Authority and Lyndsay McKeown recalled that the plaintiff had previously received service from the authority. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly conspired in order to access and share sensitive personal information regarding the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus punitive damages. She is represented by Matthew J. Scanlon and Nicholas R. Jimenez of Scanlon & Wojton, LLC in Pittsburgh.
