Malvern company failed to make payments on loan, suit claims

Contract 08

PHILADELPHIA — A lender is suing a Malvern company, citing alleged breach of contract.

PNC Equipment Finance LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against RMN Group LLC, Matthew S. Naylor and Russell R. Naylor, alleging that they defaulted on their loan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay full monthly payments for the loan, which caused it to default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $207,182.14 plus interest, court costs, and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Terry A. Shulsky and Mark Pfeiffer of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Philadelphia.
