PITTSBURGH — A Florida company is suing Pennsylvania-based One Cavo LLC and 1 Cavo LLC, citing alleged breach of contract.
Fulcircle Media LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 9 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for its services.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Fulcircle Media LLC sustained financial damages to its business. The plaintiff holds One Cavo LLC and 1 Cavo LLC, responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay invoices sent by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $110,770.01 plus interest, and court costs. It is represented by Suzanne M. Roberts of Commerce Law Group LLC in Sewickley.
