PITTSBURGH — A Sewickley spa is suing its medical aesthetician, citing alleged breach of contract.
Dean Datre and Village Skin Medical Spa LLC filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Toni Johns alleging that she spent company funds for her own benefit.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they sustained financial damages to the business from having their funds spent. The plaintiffs hold Toni Johns responsible because she allegedly breached her contractual agreement with the plaintiffs by spending the company on personal expenses.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $35,000 plus court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Jeffrey P. Myers and Joshua D. Brown of Myers Law Group LLC in Warrendale.
