Bank alleges construction company breached contract

PITTSBURGH — A bank is suing is suing a Pittsburgh construction company, alleging breach of contract.

PNC Bank NA filed a complaint Dec. 12 in Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against McKenna Construction Company Inc. and George McKenna, alleging failure to to repay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, PNC Bank sustained financial damages because the defendants failed to make required payments on a revolving line of credit, causing the bank's credit to default.

PNC Bank seeks judgment of $102,958.44, plus continuing finance charges at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum, plus court costs of $1,500. It is represented by attorney James P. Valecko of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co LPA in Pittsburgh.
