PITTSBURGH — An executive is suing Ryko Solutions Inc., citing alleged breach of contract and fraud for being denied commission for securing a contract.
Henry S. Richard III filed a complaint on March 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania alleging that the Iowa company failed to pay commission owed to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he sustained damages from not being paid his commission for securing a contract with Hertz Corporation for services and/or products related to car wash businesses. The plaintiff holds Ryko Solutions responsible because it allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by not paying his agreed-upon 10 percent commission.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Daniel P. Lynch, Michael P. Olivero and David C. Weber of The Lynch Law Group LLC in Cranberry Township.
