Warrington man alleges failure to repay business loans

Contract 07

PHILADELPHIA — A Warrington man is suing Neel Bose, a New Jersey business owner, citing alleged breach of contract for failing to repay a loan.

Jonathan Exaros filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Bose alleging that he failed to make monthly payments to the plaintiff as per agreement by both parties. The parties entered into an agreement in 2004 wherein Exaros provided the defendant with funds through various means, and the defendant was contracted to begin making monthly payments in September 2015.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered financial damages. The plaintiff holds Bose responsible because the defendant allegedly breached a contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make monthly payments in order to pay off the loan.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $82,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Mark S. Danek of The Danek Law Firm LLC in Wayne.
