SCRANTON — A woman is suing Procter and Gamble Company, Procter and Gamble Retirement Plans and AON Hewitt, citing alleged breach of contract and breach of duty.

Margret M. Sjostedt a/k/a Margret Losinger filed a complaint on May 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to distribute assets of a retirement plan for which she was named the beneficiary.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she sustained damages from having been denied benefits of the plan, which she claims was left to her after the death of Jefferey Lucas Rolison. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to distribute all of the plan's assets despite confirming that the plaintiff is the sole beneficiary.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants to pay the assets of the plan to the plaintiff. She is represented by Joseph E. Mariotti of Caputo & Mariotti P.C. in Moosic.
