PITTSBURGH — A Langeloth man has filed a class action lawsuit against Field & Technical Services LLC, citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of Workers' Compensation acts.

Johnny Close filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated individuals on April 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Field & Technical Services, headquartered in Carnegie, alleging that the employer failed to properly compensate the plaintiff. The defendant provides environmental technical services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff, a technician with the company, alleges that he regularly worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid overtime wages.
