PHILADELPHIA — A former CFO is suing Advanced Living Management & Development Inc. d/b/a Advanced Living Communities, and William Brown, alleging that he was wrongfully terminated.
Robert Bagnell of Newtown filed a complaint on May 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, based in Lansdale, alleging that they terminated plaintiff's employment without probable cause.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was damaged from being terminated from work. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to provide the plaintiff any proof of the alleged violation against company rules that resulted in his termination.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks back and front pay no less than $150,000, compensatory damages and lost benefits, punitive damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Michael Murphy of Murphy Law Group LLC in Philadelphia.
