PITTSBURGH — A local carpenters union is suing Vincent Isoldi, Erik Weaver and Nicholas Geanopolds, alleging breach of contract for not making regular payments to the group's funds.
Carpenters Combined Funds Inc., for the Greater Pennsylvania Regional District Council of Carpenters, filed a complaint on May 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, who operate Nuway Scaffolding, alleging that they failed to remit their monthly contributions to the plaintiff's organization.
