ERIE — A Michigan corporation is suing Irwin Builders Supply Corporation, alleging breach of contract for owing over $100,000 for building supplies.
Milliken Millwork Inc. filed a complaint on April 19 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Irwin Builders Supply, located in Irwin, alleging that it failed to pay invoices sent to it by the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially as the result of not being paid by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Irwin Builders Supply responsible because it allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for doors and door-related products.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $105,773.04 plus interest, statutory penalties, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
