PHILADELPHIA – Two Wayne businesses allege that a Texas health care center operator did not pay for consulting services.
The Berkeley Associates Corp., doing business as Judge Learning Solutions, and The Judge Group filed a complaint on June 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Rockdale Blackhawk LLC, doing business as Little River Healthcare, alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs and defendant entered into multiple agreements in 2015 and 2016 for consulting services. The plaintiffs hold Rockdale Blackhawk LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $376,466.04 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Michael D. Kristofco of Wisler Pearlstine LLP in Blue Bell.
