Teamsters funds allege Robert T. Winzinger Inc. failed to pay contributions

PHILADELPHIA – A Hainesport, New Jersey employer is alleged to have failed to pay contributions to two union funds.

Teamsters Local 676 and Employers Annuity Fund and Teamsters Local 676 and Employers Vacation Fund, et al. filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Robert T. Winzinger Inc. alleging violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Labor Management Relations Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the defendant failed to remit a contribution report and payments to the annuity fund and vacation fund from January to May of this year. They allege $17,376.05 is owed to the annuity fund and $9,915 owed to the vacation fund.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant for all contributions, interest and liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Linda M. Martin and John R. Bielski of Willig, Williams & Davidson in Philadelphia.
