ERIE – A Canonsburg business engaged in the competitive roofing industry alleges a Landenberg man and former employee is using its confidential information for a competitor.
CentiMark Corp. filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Christopher Bauer and DDP Roofing Services Inc. alleging breach of contract and tortious interference with contractual relations.
According to the complaint, Bauer left his employment with the plaintiff to work for competitor DDP Roofing Services Inc. The plaintiff seeks enjoin the defendants, compensatory damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by James S. Tuite and Tiffany A. Jenca of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in Pittsburgh.
