PITTSBURGH – A consulting organization is seeking to regain more than $241,000 for services it says it provided to a Massachusetts knee implant manufacturer.
Plus Consulting, LLC of Bridgeville filed suit in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas on Sept. 25 versus ConforMIS, Inc. of Billerica, Mass.
Plus Consulting is in the business of providing technology consulting, administration and support services. On Dec. 23, 2015 and Nov. 7, 2016, the parties entered into and performed pursuant to agreements for administration and implementation of a SugarCRM project, which is customer relationship management software.
“Plaintiff has timely performed all of its obligations pursuant to the terms of the agreements, paid subscription fees and has invoiced the defendant a total of $241,298.75 for services and software. Despite being invoiced for plaintiff’s services pursuant to the agreements, defendant failed and/or refused to pay the invoiced amount. Defendant’s failure to pay outstanding invoices pursuant to the agreements constitutes a breach of contract,” the suit states.
For a count of breach of contract, the plaintiff is seeking damages of $241,298.75, plus interest and costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Wayne M. Chiurazzi of The Chiurazzi Law Group, in Pittsburgh.
