Trademark 07

PHILADELPHIA – A Nevada corporation alleges two Las Vegas individuals are unlawfully using its mark.

Vicious Brands Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Stefanie Ochinang and Jennevive McPherson alleging trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff sells hair care products under the Saints & Sinners mark and logo.

The plaintiff holds Ochinang and McPherson responsible because the defendants sell products under the Sinners + Saints mark, which the plaintiff alleges pirates its marks.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks pay damages to the plaintiff, court costs, enjoin the defendants and their agents from further infringing plaintiff's trademark, order the defendant to deliver up for destruction all infringing products, order the defendant to transfer any domain name and social media accounts that use the plaintiff's marks, order the defendant to remove the name Sinners + Saints and any confusingly similar name or mark from all websites and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by John P. Sullivan, Timothy D. Pecsenye and Zachary A. Aria of Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia.
