WILLIAMSPORT — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing two companies, citing alleged breach of contract.

Primus Technologies Corp. filed a complaint Oct. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Arrow Electronics Inc. and Microsemi Corp., alleging they delivered defective circuit card assemblies to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages as the result of defective parts being returned. The plaintiff holds Arrow Electronics and Microsemi responsible because the defendants allegedly supplied defective circuit card assemblies to the plaintiff, resulting in financial damages when its customer returned recalled Microsemi parts and filed a lawsuit.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000 and court costs. They are represented by Carol Steinour Young and Thomas S. Markey of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC in Harrisburg.
