PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia-based interactive media manufacturing and retailing company is seeking to recoup over $100,000 in outstanding contractual funds, per a recently-filed lawsuit in state court.
Data Display Systems, LLC of Philadelphia filed suit in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas on Dec. 5 versus Dublin Management Associates of New Jersey, Inc. (doing business as “Lynch Exhibits”), of Burlington, N.J.
“Plaintiff is engaged in the business of developing, producing, selling and servicing stock and custom electronic audio and video players, interactives, illuminated signage and LED effects and specialized interactive displays. On or about August 11th, 15th, 22nd, Sept. 22nd and Nov. 1st, 2017, defendant ordered certain items from plaintiff.
Delivery was made of said items totaling $103,136.57. Numerous demands have been made by plaintiff to defendant for payment of said $103,136.57, the suit claims. Notwithstanding these demands for payments, defendant has failed to make any payment, even though they have received the items set forth,” the suit says.
For breach of contract, the plaintiff is seeking damages of $103,136.57.
