PITTSBURGH – A Washington, Pennsylvania manufacturer and seller of beverages claims a Utah company failed to pay loans.
L. Andy LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Zing Bros. LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it loaned money to the defendant in 2010 and 2012. The suit states it made demand for the payment of the loans in December 2017 but the defendant has failed to make payments.
The plaintiff holds Zing Bros. LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of $675,000 to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks order the defendant to turn over and/or allow the plaintiff to access or possess the collateral and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Mary-Jo Rebelo of Houston Harbaugh PC in Pittsburgh.
