Briggs Law Office says clients failed to pay $302,599

PHILADELPHIA — A law firm is suing clients Stanton Kremsky and SSK MD Inc., citing alleged breach of a retainer agreement.

Briggs Law Office LLC filed a complaint June 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to perform their obligations under the terms of the contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff represented Kremsky for a fee, but, as a result of the defendants' alleged breach, Briggs is owed $302,598.71, plus interests and costs under the retainer agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment against the defendants in the amount of $302,598.71, plus costs and other just and proper relief. It is represented by Norman Briggs and Adrienne Chapman of Briggs Law Office LLC in Philadelphia.
