Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Mark G. McCreary, who has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
CIPT is the global standard in privacy certification and the first and only certification of its kind worldwide. It was developed and launched by the IAPP to meet the growing need to secure data privacy at all stages of IT product and service lifecycles.
At Fox, McCreary is co-chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice and was the first to serve as Chief Privacy Officer of the firm. He has in-depth experience with the data privacy and security issues facing companies daily and focuses a segment of his practice on compliance with privacy-related laws, rules and regulations, both domestic and international, and assists with data breach responses and notifications.
McCreary joins the ranks of IAPP certified data privacy professionals who are plugged in to the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape and prepared to assist businesses with strategies, policies, processes and techniques to manage risk.
