Cozen O’Connor Announces Changes to Firm Management 2022

Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce the following changes in firm leadership positions for the 2022 year.

David Zambito, resident in the firm’s Harrisburg office, has been appointed as one of the office managing partner representatives to the management committee. Jeremy Glenn, resident in the firm’s Chicago office is reappointed for the second year of his two-year term as an office managing partner representative.

Lori Kalani, resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., Office, has been appointed to the management committee as the Chairman’s Group representative.

Lynnette Espy-Williams, of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, has been appointed to the management committee in her role as the firm’s Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer.

Blake Coblentz of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, has been appointed as vice chair of the Intellectual Property Department where he will work with department co-chairs Camille Miller and Kerry McTigue.

Alycen Moss and Gary Gassman have been appointed as co-vice chairs of the Global Insurance Department and will join current vice chair John McDonough, where they will work with department co-chairs Melissa Brill and Joe Ziemianski. 

Howard Maycon, who currently serves as the west region’s subrogation chair, and Mark Anderson, who currently serves as the northwest region’s subrogation chair, are appointed as co-vice chairs for the Subrogation Department, where they will continue to work with department co-chairs Elliott Feldman and Kevin Hughes.

 

David Heffernan, resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, has been is appointed as the practice group leader for the Transportation & Trade Group. Bob Magovern has been appointed co-vice chair joining Geoffrey Ferrer.  

Cheryl Upham of the firm’s Philadelphia office, has been appointed as vice chair of the Tax Law Group, where she will work with practice group chair Rich Silpe.

Daniel Hardwick of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, has been appointed as co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, joining current co-chairs James Williams and Jonathan Gross.

Aaron Lukas, Ph.D., resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, has been appointed co-chair of the Hatch-Waxman and Biologics Litigation practice, joining Blake Coblentz who has been serving as chair.

Rose Christ and Katie Schwab are appointed co-chairs of the firm’s New York Public Strategies Practice. In this role, Rose and Katie will guide the firm’s next phase of growth in New York. Stuart Shorenstein, who co-founded our Public Strategies practice at the firm, will continue to play an active role in our New York practice.

Jed Bayer has been appointed as a firm co-hiring partner. He joins Maureen Holland who is reappointed as one of the firm’s co-hiring partner. 

Alycen Moss has been appointed office managing partner for the firm’s Atlanta office.

Zach Renegar has been appointed office managing partner vice chair for the firm’s Charlotte office.

Laura Reinhart has been appointed as office managing partner vice chair for the firm’s Pittsburgh office. 

Shane Hardy has been appointed as the co-office managing partner for the firm’s Toronto office, joining Pam Pengelley. 

Brigeeta Richdale has been appointed as the co-office managing partner of the firm’s Vancouver office, joining Lisa Myers.

Rich Emge has been appointed office managing partner of the Wilmington office.
