Significant achievements include securing a landmark antitrust class action jury verdict; employing winning strategies on behalf of a network of air-ambulance providers to combat state laws seeking to regulate rates and prevent membership programs; obtaining dismissal of all claims against a global software company in a trade secret, copyright, and antitrust lawsuit; winning summary judgment in a D&O insurance case involving the insurability of settlements under the False Claims Act; and prevailing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court against a motion to dismiss by claimants, thereby protecting a structure to resolve mass tort liability claims.
