Man sues neighbors for negligence after dog attack

In the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, George Cadwallader and Marjorie Cadwallader have filed a lawsuit against Alfred Cappurccini, Cheryl Lynn Cappurccini, and Timothy Cappurccini.
