An Allegheny County woman is suing Allegheny Health Network, owner and operator of West Penn Hospital, after a nuclear medicine technologist allegedly filmed her undressing for a medical procedure.

Philadelphia woman sues Mercy Catholic for alleged CT scan negligence resulting in broken femur

A Philadelphia woman is suing the Mercy Catholic Medical Center of Southeastern Pennsylvania and two anonymous radiology technicians for negligence that allegedly caused a broken femur in  2019 CT scan, according to court documents from the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. 

Chester woman files for damages after allegedly pushed from loading dock by faulty lever

A Chester woman is suing seven different defendants for a culmination of injuries sustained when she was allegedly pushed off a loading dock when operating a loading dock lever in 2019, according to court documents from the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

Pittsburgh couple suing Monroeville Olive Garden after slip on wet floor results in injury

A Pittsburgh husband and wife are suing GMR Restaurants of Pennsylvania/Darden Restaurants, Inc., owners of the Olive Garden at 260 Mall Boulevard in Monroeville, after the wife slipped on wet floor in the Olive Garden bathroom on Mar. 27, 2019, according to court documents filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
