PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh couple insist that a local café’s tea was manufactured and marketed defectively, due to its excessive heat and an accompanying lack of warnings, leading to their two-year-old son being burned severely when he came into contact with it.
PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh café has denied that its tea was responsible for severely burning a then-two-year-old boy, during a visit to the café by the boy and his mother more than four years ago.
PITTSBURGH – The George Junior Republic rehabilitation and treatment center has argued that a man accusing its staff of sexually abusing him when he was just 16 years old, has not properly or sufficiently pled his claims under the law.

MEDIA – A Chester woman alleges that a nearby funeral home and local mortuary authorities cremated the remains of another individual, as opposed to her husband, and presented those incorrect remains to her, as her actual husband’s body decomposed in the Delaware County Medical Examiner’s Office.

PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia man alleges he was the victim of an assault and battery by corrections officers, after visiting his girlfriend in custody at George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Delaware County.
PHILADELPHIA –Pottstown Hospital and Tower Health are continuing their efforts to dismiss a Chester County woman’s litigation for excessive force injuries she claims she sustained in an arrest at the hospital almost three years ago by Pottstown police officers.
MEDIA – After the parents of a 13-year-old child who drowned at Folcroft Swim Club more than two years ago filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the facility, the swim club is lodged in another litigation brought by its insurance carrier, over whether the insurer has a responsibility to provide coverage in this matter.
PHILADELPHIA – An East Bradford Township public works official is seeking to eliminate allegations that he was not truthful in a deposition given in an underlying action, in his own suit alleging he was fired for reporting dangerous conditions relating to decaying tree limbs in the municipality.
