Enterprise, Fiat Chrysler settle litigation with man who says car malfunctioned on highway and crashed

PHILADELPHIA – A Bensalem man who sued Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in claiming a faulty Dodge Charger he rented malfunctioned on the highway and crashed has seen his case conclude with a settlement against the corporate defendants.

PHILADELPHIA – The case of a Bensalem man suing Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and claiming a faulty Dodge Charger he rented malfunctioned on the highway and crashed is headed to arbitration next week.
