Fired University of the Arts professor can proceed with lawsuit alleging civil rights violation
PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania court has reviewed a case involving the investigation and firing of a former University of the Arts tenured professor who was accused of sexual harassment and is suing the school for defamation, breach of contract and violation of his civil rights.
