Private lawyers will make 25% in Montgomery County's lawsuit against vaping company

PHILADELPHIA – The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is the first county entity in the state to take legal action against vaping products manufacturer JUUL, claiming its business practices have led to an epidemic of minors who have become “nicotine addicts.”

Upper Dublin School District may continue pondering its plans for its only middle school while an incoming student continues his lawsuit to make the middle school more accessible, a federal judge recently ruled.
