PITTSBURGH — The parents of a minor are suing West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc., d/b/a Forbes Regional Hospital; Jadyn Swerbinsky, P.A.; Alyssa B. Rotolo, M.D.; Emergency Medical Physicians of Allegheny County Ltd.; Clare W.
