George W. Hill inmate says he wasn't protected from assault or given medical treatment

MEDIA – An inmate at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility has launched litigation against Delaware County and a host of corrections officials and health care providers over charges that he wasn’t protected from assault by another inmate despite credible information he was to be the target of a hit, and wasn’t provided medical treatment after surviving such an attack.

ALLENTOWN – A lawsuit brought against a Florida landlord, charging him with liability for brain damage and other injuries suffered by a six year-old boy, may be subject to default unless a responsive pleading is made, a federal court has said.
