Former VP says ABRA Auto Body & Glass owes six months' salary for severance

Contract 10

PHILADELPHIA — An individual is suing ABRA Auto Body & Glass LP, citing alleged breach of contract.

Dominic M. Del Giorno filed a complaint on April 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania alleging that the defendant refused to pay plaintiff's severance compensation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was damaged from not being paid any of his severance compensation, which was promised to him in his position as market vice president if he was terminated or resigned. The plaintiff holds ABRA Auto Body & Glass responsible because it allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff six months' salary due, the agreed-upon amount per plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000, court costs, liquidated damages and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Walter H. Flamm Jr. and Matthew A. Foley of Flamm Walton Heimbach & Lamm in Blue Bell.
