PHILADELPHIA — Two union trustees are suing Greensburg Concrete Block Co., alleging breach of contract.
Gino Bosetti and Robert Cleary, trustees of the Western Pennsylvania Teamsters and Employers Pension Fund, filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Greensburg Concrete Block Co. alleging that it failed to remit contributions to the labor group.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were damaged from defendant's inability to pay. The plaintiff holds Greensburg Concrete Block Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the delinquent contributions owed.
The plaintiffs seeks pension contributions in the amount of $31,812.10, liquidated damages of $4,473.58, interest at the rate of 8 percent per year and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by David M. O'Boyle and Vincent P. Szeligo of Wick, Streiff, Meyer, O'Boyle & Szeligo P.C. in Pittsburgh.
