ERIE — A Canonsburg company is suing Rochester Wire and Cable LLC for alleged breach of contract stemming from a late payment.

Centimark Corporation filed a complaint on April 12 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania alleging that the defendant, based in Virginia, failed to pay the plaintiff for work the plaintiff performed.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Centimark was damaged financially from not being paid the amount owed for a roof replacement. The plaintiff holds Rochester Wire and Cable responsible because it allegedly failed to pay the full amount of its debt to the plaintiff for a roof replacement on a building for the defendant's facility in Virginia.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. Centimark is represented by S. Manoj Jegasothy, Mark J. Golen II and Alexander W. Saksen of Gordon & Rees LLP in Pittsburgh.
