Penn Outdoor Services says JK Consultants sent invoice for money it wasn't owed

Contract 08

PHILADELPHIA — A Montgomery County corporation is suing JK Consultants, a California company, alleging that it made wrongful accusations of a contract breach.

Penn Outdoor Services LLC filed a complaint on June 21 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against JK Consultants alleging that the California corporation is wrongly claiming that the plaintiff has breached their contractual agreement stemming from staffing services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages when JK Consultants allegedly sent an invoice to the plaintiff even though the plaintiff claims there is no contractual agreement between the two parties.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant to declare that the plaintiff owes no duty to the defendant. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph F. Rizzo of Drexel Hill.
