Fulton Bank alleges it is owed more than $600,000

SCRANTON – A Lancaster bank claims a California man is responsible for more than $600,000 in debt.

Fulton Bank NA filed a complaint on Aug. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Charles London alleging that the individual failed to repay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff loaned $20,000 to Bartlett, Traynor and London LLC in 2012, which was supplemented three times and delivered to the defendant. The suit states the defendant guaranteed all indebtedness and that the defendant failed to make payment of an installment due Feb. 1.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $632,624.52, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Marc A. Hess of Henry & Beaver LLP in Lebanon.
