PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh individual alleges that his privacy was invaded by collection calls.

Mark Le Schack filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against PNC Bank National Association, NCB Management Services Inc. and Credit Collection Services citing the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Pennsylvania Credit and Extension Uniformity Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in Dec. 30, 2015, the defendants have called to collect on an alleged debt using an automatic dialing system. He alleges the calls have persisted despite his requests to stop.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants, statutory damages, actual damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is representing himself.
