PHILADELPHIA – A Florida woman alleges she has been damaged by inaccurate information on her credit report.

Gloria Kirk filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Trans Union LLC, Equifax Information Services LLC and Experian Information Solutions Inc. citing the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants have been reporting derogatory and inaccurate statements from April to the present regarding the plaintiff and her credit history to third parties. She alleges she has disputed the inaccurate information.

The plaintiff holds Trans Union LLC, Equifax Information Services LLC and Experian Information Solutions Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to perform reasonable reinvestigations of the disputes and have failed to remove the inaccurate information.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks statutory damages, actual damages, punitive damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Mark D. Mailman and Alexis I. Lehmann of Francis & Mailman PC in Philadelphia.
