HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania State Police and some claims have been dismissed from a lawsuit brought by a Chambersburg woman, who alleged she was subjected to excessive force during a DUI traffic stop arrest by five state troopers in January 2019.

PITTSBURGH — A Lowe's customer who suffered fractured ribs after tripping over a ladder that was blocking the aisles is claiming negligence. Sean O'Rourke filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Lowe's Home Centers LLC doing business as Lowe's alleging negligence. O'Rourke was at the Lowe's store on Baptist Road in Bethel Park on Aug. 7, 2020.
