The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Arvco Container Corporation of Kalamazoo, Michigan has agreed to pay the United States $400,000 to settle False Claims Act allegations in connection with a contract with the Defense Logistics Agency Acquisition Operations (DLA) in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
