HARRISBURG – A Penn State fraternity alleges its constitutional rights were violated after the university banned it following an aspiring member’s death.
The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas reported the following activities in the suit brought by James Valentine, Lori Valentine-Chapman, Mark Valentine, Robert Valentine and Susan Watson against Erickson Living Development, LLC, Erickson Living Health Services, LLC, Erickson Living Management, LLC, Erickson Living Properties II, LLC, Erickson Living Properties, LLC, Erickson Living Senior Care, LLC and Maris Grove, Inc. on July 30.
