PHILADELPHIA – A lawsuit in which a woman claims to have been sexually assaulted in a parking lot next to the XFinity Live entertainment complex and Citizens Bank Park has been met with denials of liability from the locations’ management entities.
PHILADELPHIA – More lawsuits are alleging that Johnson & Johnson’s diabetes medication, Invokana, gave them an increased risk of suffering amputations – and that the company failed to warn them of that same risk.

PHILADELPHIA – An arbitration hearing has been set for a case pitting a policyholder against Nationwide Insurance Company policyholder, with the latter alleging the provider has not reimbursed him for money he expended in connection with repairing damage to his property last year.
PHILADELPHIA – A policyholder who sued both his insurance provider and the Philadelphia Housing Authority after a serious accident sustained four years ago and claimed the provider refused to release $6,000 in settlement funds, has settled that same litigation.
