PITTSBURGH – A new lawsuit in federal court claims a quintet of “mean girls” conspired to accuse a male classmate of sexual assault on two occasions and subject him to incarceration, before later admitting their accusations were false.
PHILADELPHIA – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced a settlement with ArcelorMittal Monessen LLC in a case involving alleged Clean Air Act violations at the company’s coke plant in Monessen.
PHILADELPHIA – A specialty chemical and emulsion polymer manufacturer received a $7,090 fine for alleged violations of transporting oil containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
