PITTSBURGH – The City of Pittsburgh and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have answered litigation from AT&T, which asserted that the defendants violated the Telecommunications Act of 1996 by limiting the company’s ability to place wireless facilities on telephone poles in the city’s rights-of-way.
