PHILADELPHIA - The former Philadelphia firm Schnader Harrison will face a class action lawsuit from a former employee who says her retirement money was used to dissolve the firm in 2023.
LANCASTER – The Hamilton Arms Center skilled nursing facility has brought preliminary objections against both the general allegations and demand for punitive damages made by the daughter of a resident who died there in June of last year.
SCRANTON – The University of Scranton’s Faculty Affairs Council contends that the institution was right to fire a former professor, the latter of whom has charged that his constitutional rights to privacy and bodily autonomy were violated when the institution attempted to force him to disclose his COVID-19 vaccination status.
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania reported the following activities in the suit brought by American Strategic Insurance, CORP against Richard Mancini-Hamilton on Jan. 17.
