PHILADELPHIA – The case of a Philadelphia woman who claimed an ambulance company’s personnel responsible for attending to her father in a medical emergency caused him fatal injury has been settled, according to court records.
The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas reported the following activity in the suit brought by Bensalem Township against Purdue Pharma LP on Sept. 11: 'Transfer In From Another Jurisdiction'.
