The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania reported the following activities in the suit brought by Janet E. Crane against Safeco Insurance Company of America on Aug. 26.
PHILADELPHIA – The case of a man who slipped and fell in a Delaware County Walmart in 2017 is on its way back to Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas after the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania declined to dismiss charges against the store's manager.

SCRANTON – A plaintiff claiming to have sustained serious knee injuries in the parking lot of a Dickson City Wal-Mart store, has initiated legal action against the retail giant for damages related to that accident.
PHILADELPHIA – A Radnor-based financial services company has sued one of its clients, claiming she defaulted on payments due to them in the amount of $130,000.00.
PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia couple have sued Wal-Mart for negligence, alleging it failed to provide a safe shopping environment at its Roosevelt Boulevard location in Northeast Philadelphia, which led to one of the plaintiffs falling and becoming injured.
