PHILADELPHIA – A man claiming to have been assaulted and severely injured by a group of assailants at The Schmidt’s Commons in Northern Liberties is suing the entities he believes are responsible for failing to prevent or stop the altercation.

PHILADELPHIA – The widow of a man killed when he was run over by a truck in a gas station parking lot, dragged and dismembered is pursuing damages against the entities she argues are responsible for her husband’s tragic death, who are attempting to avail themselves of liability and have the case venue switched.
Case conference rescheduled for lawsuit brought by epileptic man claiming hotel discriminated against him
PHILADELPHIA – A case management conference has been rescheduled for litigation involving a plaintiff who claimed he was refused booking at a Philadelphia hotel due to his epilepsy and the presence of his service dog, allegedly violating of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
