Chinese restaurant owner's lawsuit update: Judge stays case against Middletown Borough, pending settlement finalization

HARRISBURG – Due to the preliminary reaching of a settlement agreement, a federal judge has stayed litigation filed against the Borough of Middletown by a local Chinese restaurant owner, which asserted that the Borough sought to prevent the plaintiff from opening and conducting daily business operations.
